Daily

  • Finish today’s todo on-schedule, or re-schedule it.
  • A blog post to kywk.life, foto-studio or moco.
  • Regular training: 5k at least
    • Monday: Strength and Conditioning, Loading
    • Tuesday: 10k
    • Wednesday: Strength and Conditioning, Loading
    • Thursday: 21k
    • Friday: HASH, Trail, Bike to home

Weekly

  • 讀一本書、寫一篇心得
  • An algorithm implementation / ACM / UVa Online Judge

Monthly

  • (Per two weeks) Cook a meal. Include salad, starter, main-dish, dessert… etc.
  • (Per two weeks) Photography: finish one set of previous works.
  • Announce a minion prject.
  • Finish a 42k marathon or more than 42k self trainning.

Quarterly

  • Trip to East Taiwan or outside main island.
  • Mid-term mountain climbing.

Yearly

  • Join a foreign marathon.
  • Mid-time wander to foreign.
